We are seeking a highly technical ECM & ShoppingCart Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing catalog-driven commercial solutions with deep runtime awareness. This role focuses on ECM rule execution behavior, catalog lifecycle management, and correct use of ShoppingCart APIs within transactional flows.

The ideal candidate understands how ECM logic behaves under real system conditions — including browsing contexts, cart manipulation, rule evaluation timing, and dependency resolution — and can architect solutions that ensure predictable commercial behavior.

Technical Responsibilities

· Architect ECM catalog structures with emphasis on runtime behavior, scalability, and rule execution consistency

· Contribute to the design of next-generation catalog solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives

· Translate legacy service models into scalable, catalog-driven architectures

· Leverage prior experience with telecom billing/service platforms to guide modernization strategies

· Design and implement ECM rule frameworks including:

§  MDR rule execution logic and sequencing

§  Eligibility and availability evaluation contexts

§  Validation and dependency enforcement mechanisms

· Define catalog item lifecycle behavior across browsing, cart, and transaction states, ensuring correct transitions and rule triggering

· Apply advanced knowledge of ShoppingCart APIs to implement:

·       Product add/remove/update/patch workflows

·       Context-sensitive rule execution

·       Cart-level validation and dependency handling

· Analyze rule execution timing and scope to prevent unintended behavior or performance degradation

· Ensure synchronization between commercial browsing, cart state, and backend catalog processing

· Integrate ECM runtime behavior with UI-driven commercial flows while maintaining execution integrity

· Debug and resolve complex runtime issues related to rule evaluation, cart operations, and lifecycle transitions

· Establish architectural best practices for ECM scripting, rule governance, and API-driven cart orchestration

Technical Skills & Experience

· Advanced ECM catalog architecture and scripting expertise

· Strong hands-on experience with MDR rule implementation and execution analysis

· Deep understanding of eligibility rules and lifecycle-driven catalog behavior

· Proven experience working directly with ShoppingCart APIs in transactional scenarios

· Ability to trace and debug rule execution contexts

· Experience designing dependency-aware catalog solutions

· Strong analytical and performance optimization skills

Preferred Technical Background

· Telecom catalog or complex commercial platform environments

· Experience with telecom billing/service ecosystems — particularly environments similar to Ericsson BSCS — is highly valued, enabling effective transformation of legacy service constructs into catalog-based commerce frameworks.

· API-driven commerce architectures

· Performance tuning of rule-heavy transactional systems
