Technical Profile – Workplace L3 Specialist
Role Description
The Workplace L3 Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of the Workplace environment, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous evolution of endpoints and related services. Acts as Level 3 support with a strong technical and architectural focus, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced administration and troubleshooting of Windows and macOS Workplace environments
- Design and implementation of Endpoint Management solutions
- Automation of tasks and processes using PowerShell
- Management and optimization of security and compliance policies
- L3 support and resolution of complex incidents
- Participation in transformation and migration projects
- Creation of technical documentation and procedures
- Technical support for L1 and L2 teams

Experience and Education
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Workplace environments
- Proven experience in L3 support
- Microsoft certifications (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
