We are looking for an Innovation & Strategic Design consultant for a long-term freelance mission.
Responsibilities
- Analyse market, ecosystem, users and organizational context
- contribute to the conceptual development of digital services.
- Develop and facilitate immersion workshops with multi-disciplinary stakeholders using divergent design thinking techniques and carry out co-creative activities to investigate and understand customer behaviours, pain points, needs and aspirations
- Design the end-to-end journey of a (government) service
- Support UX design activities
- Produce pilot and test prototypes (incl. gathering feedback)
Profil
- Master / BAC +5 / Masters 2 or equivalent program in Design (interaction, service, product, UX), IT engineering, business strategy, consumer behavior, psychology or related field.
- 5 years applying strategic design and innovation principles and methodologies professionally in the context of digital solutions
Compétences techniques requises
- Experience of working in innovation and strategic design including market research, design research (quantitative and qualitative), user research product or service prototyping
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and methods
- Experience with design and prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, Adobe XD or similar tools)
- French C1
- English C1
